Appointments


Generally, the first visit will include a thorough examination and a complete series of x-rays for proper diagnosis.  The second appointment will consist of a follow up with Dr. Hawley to discuss any findings from the exam and a cleaning with a hygienist.  After you have scheduled your first two appointments, new patients forms will be sent to you to complete and mail back to our office. We will be happy to secure any x-rays or records from your previous dentist.

All patients are seen by appointment only.  Please call in advance so that we may reserve a day and time specifically for you and your needs.  Also, you may schedule your next preventive appointment in advance so that you may have the day and time most convenient for you.  If you cannot keep an appointment, kindly give 48 hours notice.

Financial Information

Payment in full is due the day of any scheduled appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.  Thanks to computers and electronic claims processing, we are able to file insurance for our patients and ask that your insurance company reimburse you directly. We make every effort to keep costs reasonable while maintaining the high quality of personalized care our patients have come to expect.  We know that the cost of extensive dental treatment is a frequent concern for patients.  We want to make sure that you do not let financial concerns turn into even greater dental problems by putting off treatment.  Discuss any need for financial arrangements with our team before treatment begins.  We will do everything we can to tailor the treatment plan to your timetable and budget. We work closely with dental fee plan by Capital One for patients that need to make monthly payments over an extended period of time.
